All throughout my childhood, I lived very close to the Panama Canal. Everyday on my way to school I would drive along side of it, admiring the complexity and efficiency. Whenever a ship like this was passing through, there was always a sense of awe hovering in the air. Often travelling halfway across the world, these ships carried massive amount of goods, many of them essential to society. I finally got the opportunity to photograph one of these giants from above when I bought my first drone many years back. This image has a special place in my heart, as it portrays the powerful scene of seeing a giant like this in the wild.
